How to Sign Up

  • Visit rentcafe.com and click Resident Login.

  • Click Register

  • Enter your property address, name, and email as they appear on your lease.​

Requesting Maintenance

  • Log into your account and select "Submit Request"​

  • Provide a brief description of the issue and submit it directly to our BST.

  • You'll get notified about the progress of your request.

Need Help?

If you have issues and need to submit a maintenance request, you can now call our VIDA Phone line (902) 417-8432 and select the Maintenance Request option.
